A production pipeline for our faceless, AI-narrated YouTube channels. Three clean stations — research & script, voiceover, images — with a human review gate before anything goes to production. Built so a small team can turn a topic into a finished video without touching a line of code.
The pipeline
Three stations, one conveyor belt
The human is the conveyor belt between stations — approving the script before a second of production begins.
Research → Script
A research agent gathers sourced material on the topic, then a writing model drafts an audio-ready narration script — paired with a numbered image prompt for every scene.
Voiceover
Approved scripts run through premium neural text-to-speech with per-channel voice presets: voice, rate and pitch, all config-driven so adding a channel takes seconds.
Images
Each scene prompt renders in the channel's locked visual style and downloads auto-named in sequence, so stitching the cut is drag-and-drop.
Human review gate
A hard stop between script and production. Every script is read and checked — cultural accuracy, sourcing, tone — before it is ever handed to the voiceover and image stations. Nothing auto-publishes.
